Posting pictures to your thread
These instructions will help you get pictures in your thread. There are a few different ways to do this. We will break down the top 2 most common
and easiest ways.
The first option is to click on the attachment / browse button located below the text box and above the Post New Topic / Post Reply button. The
important thing to note here is that the pictures do have a size limit. The max size is 250,000kb and have a max width of 650 pixels. If you know
how to re-size your pictures this is an easy way to get a picture added to your post. Also, when it comes to making a reply you have 2 options.
You can hit the reply button or do a "quick" reply. With the quick reply there is not an option to add an attachment. Another thing to consider is
that you are only allowed to add 1 picture per post. Therefore if you were looking to write a story and have pictures placed in the story this may
not be your best option.
A second common way to add a picture is to use a third party website called Photobucket. If you do not have an account you can get your free account
by going to http://www.photobucket.com. After you have your pictures uploaded to your
account you simply choose the pic you want from Photobucket and click on the IMG Code line in the Share This Photo box. Once you click on the code it
will automatically be copied. You take that code to your post and paste it in your post. Be sure to hit ENTER before and after you paste the code.
To paste the code you can either hit CTRL V on your PC or right click the mouse and click on paste. This will place that image. From here you can
type more and post another picture.
