Well winter has finally began to break and been getting some streaks of warmer weather. I took a walk in the back and got the food plot area set just need to cut one tree, and a couple surrounding trees for light.

First shed

Let me just start out by saying I shouldn't of even of went. I went to bed at 2am with a 103 temperature. I get a call from my buddy at 8 am asking me if I wanted to go. It was pooring down rain but I wanted to go find a shed. I felt sick the whole time and spent 4 hours in the pooring rain! It was about 3 hours into it then we are just walking down a normal trail and my buddies said they never hear me yell look so loud. I was so excited I couldn't believe it, I really at first though I was seeing things. I was so pumped and happy even though its not the biggest it has to characteristics I really like. The bladed g1 and the g3 comes in from the inside main beam. I hope this guy can make it around two years and see him. But if any of the Amish see him hes a goner.

I didn't get as much done today as I had hoped. I found a bunch of scrap metal I had to drag out. But I got my clover plot all cleared. I got a area I would like to plant some trees in. Going to cut and thicken the west end. It is coming along though that's for sure.

Well thinks are starting to come around. I got the food plot ready just waiting for seeding. I figure about a week of a couple hours after school and I will be set. I am going threw the top and taking all the loose stuff and piling against the back. I am setting 3 trail blocks along the paths to try and stop people. I am getting 25 trees. a couple around the plot, 12 on the left side and a couple along the right side. 6 apple trees and after all that is set I will be done and have the minerals out. Then its just pray it all works out and some deer come back. I am going to take Thursday off because I will be picking my mount up!!!!

Thanks guys! Not going to be able to get a whole lot done today. Not feeling so good but I am in the process today I am starting to move all the loose trees and branches along the far side and block off some four wheeler trails. Today will be the last day I get to do some work in the back, picking my mount up tomorrow and Friday I leave for the expo. I will post some pictures later.

Keep in mind I don't have much to work with here but I can't get enough of the outdoors. If I am doing this for no reason and don't work I will be okay with that. :D :fake sniffle: But I just hope stickers daddy comes. :dork:

There is still a lot I am doing. This was just after day one and looks different now. I dragged all the big trees laying on the ground out, blocked four wheeler paths and am getting some new trees to plant. I used to paint ball back there and all the little trees I cut are growing back and should be nice in a couple of years.

Before.

Everytime I visit my grandparents I have to stop at the park. This is in the middle of the city and there are so many deer! I got there all the time to watch deer and take pictures. Its a great time out and sometimes I see some pretty wicked buck or seen some fighting before! This suckers got pretty close to me, and I was the one the moved away scared! :P

Nice pics, does that one area hold water much or is it just from the melted snow?
